American Caregiver’s DDA services currently includes Personal Support, Respite care and Nursing services. The services are provided in the participant’s or family member’s home and in the community. ACI ensures that the services are participant specific, directed by the participant and based on the needs identified in the participant’s Individual Plan.

ACI Support Services promote integrated life domains that are important to a good quality of life, including daily life, safety and security, community living, healthy lifestyle, social and spirituality. Our Support services help to build on current support structures that focus on self-determination, community living, social capital and economic sufficiency to achieve individually defined life outcomes.
